before the results - here's my workout for yesterday.
Ellpitical - 60 minutes and bike 15 minutes (had to tee-tee
Strength training 8# weights; squats 20; stretching
Drink 5 bottles of water before leaving work daily - accomplished
Gym x 5 days - done
Put in 1.5 hours or more at gym on M,W,F and Saturday/Sunday bonus days - 75 minutes plus 15 minutes @ home
3 x week strength training - completed
Squats everyday - 20
Avoid fast foods all week, cook, cook, cook (MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE) - steam vegetables and baked chicken
One beverage daily besides water - ice tea with dinner
Okay the weigh-in this morning down .07 ounces, YES I'll take that and consider it ALMOST 1# loss. I'm not complaining at all. It's almost a pound, it's not a gain and I'm .09 away from my BMI changing from 39.09 to 38.something!! So I keep it moving.
My weigh-in today for BLC @ work addition: we're measuring body fat and weight so.... down 1# and I think my body fat changed by 1 (not sure the lady that did my measurements last time wasn't here. But it 44% body fat I'm almost 1/2 full of fat!?!?!!!! Well I guess I'm at a point where I'm shedding slowly. I did check my waistline measurement this morning, no change there either
I'm going to keep at what I'm doing now and hopefully by the end of the month I will see some improvements. I think I'm expecting change too quickly and I've only been focused on extra workout time and no fast food eating since Friday not even a week. Also since I did strength training last nite and that makes twice this week, it may be affecting things as well. Whatever, it is I'm feeling good about my mindset towards losing. I'm still dedicated to this journey and my ultimate goal is to post my blog that says "DAY #365" which means I've been consistent for an entire year!!!
