I know I need to start focusing on the positive. We both have jobs, that is positive. I have been able to maintain my weight even with the crazy schedule, positive. Every day is different, I need to make that a positive!!
Well I sort of got my wish. I start training on days next week. but it is so I can work either days or afternoon shift. Where ever I am needed, looking at this as a positive. Even if it does mean there are 6 different shift times to deal with now. Each shift has 3 different start times. UGH!!!
Starting to get the hang of working my exercise routine in around this crazy schedule. Last night I was doing strength training at 10:45
So I am going to focus on the positive!! This schedule will not defeat me!!
