what an awful week!

i ate too much just about every day this week! i don't know what has gotten into me. oh well.. i'm gonna hold myself responsible for it and attempt to mop up the mess! good news is i finally got my YMCA membership yesterday so while i ate at a buffet and had cookies last night... i did work out yesterday! better than nothing i guess. haha.so unfortunately i doubt i will lose the 3.8lbs i needed to reach my next goal this week.. hopefully next week though.

    Great job on going to the gym!! Usually when I over eat the last thing I want to do is go to the gym!! That's amazing!!! emoticon I hope today goes well in both eating and working out for you! Good luck! You can do it!!

    I ate really bad yesterday...all day long. Thank goodness we can get back on track today.
