- 8+ Glasses of Water
- Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was just 'OK.' I'm making sure to get plenty of water right now, because I know it will help break up the fluid in my lungs, causing the respiratory infection. Blah! I am making the healthiest choices possible when it comes to my food....well, minus the french fries and "dynamite sticks" I ate last night....eek!
I have gotten much better about my nighttime eating, which has made a world of difference. I'm maintaining at this point. I have NOT been able to get back to the gym. I cough from just talking.
But, I'm missing those endorphins in a bad way. So today, I'm shooting for Yoga. My all time fave.
Today, I offer a dedication. I dedicate all my positive energy and good intentions to my family. We have been faced with some trials and tribulations recently, making it easy to want to give up and quit trying. If anything is worth having, it's worth working for. My focus is on them.
