Wednesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training

I actually did Friday's Turbo Fire workout. I had a 5K planned for Saturday, so I decided that I probably should take my Turbo Fire rest day on Friday instead of Wednesday, so I just switched those 2 days. I did Turbo Fire Fire EZ 45 and Turbo Fire Stretch 10.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I only got 5 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 1 of 3 for workouts for the week!
