Wow. It has been over 2 years since I posted a blog. A busy two years, where my weight has pretty much stayed the same (it looks like I gained weight, but actually I switched to using the scale at the gym instead of my kinder, home scale). But, I have belonged to a gym for the past two years, and average working out 3 - 4 times a week. I am so much stronger, my ankle pain is a thing of the past as my muscles are now supporting and protecting my joints.
I have been working out of town a lot the past couple of years, but now I have a bit of a break at home and am using this time to focus on dropping those pounds by tracking and upping the exercise. We are having a lovely winter - lots of snow - I am back to cross-country skiing (thank you, strong muscles!) and tromping around with the dogs on snow shoes - (me on the snow shoes, not the dogs....)
