My last entry was in August 2012. I stopped keeping track of my exercise and the food I ate just because I started to get discouraged when the scales are not moving. I also faced some barriers from over-exercising. The doctor advised me to take a rest and alternate workouts.
But during those 4-5 months, it took a really long while to regain my old habits. I am also fit despite the fact that I don't exercise as regularly as I do and I am not as strict with what I ate. Looking back, I could just imagine what I could have achieved if I stuck to it. If I did not get discouraged and just continue being consistent.
So now, I am starting again. I am going to need all of your support. The road may be tough but I know I got this.
Hopefully, I can sustain the habits the second time around.
