Another bad day but this time I did good.

Well another stressful day has passed but the good news is that I ate within my calories. I didn't get enough protein which is very hard for me to do for some reason. I will celebrate that I actually logged my food and stayed within my calories. I will celebrate that I am on my way to breaking my 4 week exercise streak by doing a 5th week this week. I am celebrating the fact that I have not given up. The only time have failed is if I give up trying to reach my goals.
