I know that SP says I should have small attainable goals written down. And to some extent I do. I also have long term goals. But this morning I found one that I actually think I can do. When I tracked my weight loss this morning for some reason I decided to look at my weight loss chart. I noticed that last year on March 27th I weighed 6 pounds less than I do now. My new goal: to lose that 6 pounds before March 27th of this year. That's totally doable!!!!!!!
