rough week

it's that time of the month and i am just feeling super drained!!!!!! I hate it! I am trying to stay active but so far i only have a pound lost for the week thus far but we will see when I weigh in I am just happy I am not gaining right now lol I would REALLY like to weigh 182 for my week but I am really not stressing over it I have been wanting a million carbs and chocolate of course...thank goodness i am busy all day because it will keep me distracted. And tonight I am going to zumba so hopefully ill sweat a bunch!

    This was me a couple weeks ago... Atleast you're still losing! Let me know how you like zumba. I've been meaning to try it, but, I always kinda chicken out.

    I know exactly how you feel ..its my time too! LOL I usualyl pig out sooooo bad and binge like no tomorrow so i feel your pain! I think if you have a craving though, just give in a little or make room for it in your day so you still keep in your calorie goals! I find if i deprive myself i just go into a craving overload So i if i want chocolate for the day, i fit it in!

    Look how far you've come already! I, for one, am impressed!! It's also awesome you are not stressing over the number on the scale. It's the weeks like these that make us appreciate the weeks we have a few less challenges and can just focus on making our bodies healthy. Way to go, and good luck a Zumba!
