My Motivations for Today

Non Scale Victories are great.
Yesterday I had quite a few NSV
1. I am feeling stronger.
2. I make time for exercise:
Yesterday after work, went shopping, put things away, put away laundry, did some cooking, ate dinner, went to a business meeting. I was finished at 8:40. What did I do?? A 40 minute ST DVD. How am I feeling great. Was it hard? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes
3. Realizing that I need to make time for me. I am worth it. That is a NSV. After so many years of putting everyone before me, I am putting me first. I am making time for the things that will keep me healthy and make me fitter.
I am on day 10 of my more sleep streak. I made sure to get to bed early, and was sleeping at 10:15; but with everything I did that is very good.
So even though the scale is hardly moving, I am looking and feeling fitter.
