Push That Tush -- A Mental ReBoot

Thursday, February 07, 2013 I have been on this journey a while,
I've had more than one or two MOTIVATION SLUMPS.
{ plateaus are caused more by a lull in determination
than a slow down in metabolism...}.

Let's face it...I feel like a MANIC/DEPRESSIVE dieter.
When I'm UP....I want to put everything I've got into exercising and
really sticking to my healthy eating and portion control.
When I get LAZY...I let things slip all over the place...
I exercise once in a while, I eat a few more snacks than I should, and
portions mysteriously get a little bit bigger.
I lose my DRIVE...and I start to stall out on the effort.
I end up parked on a plateau.

That's when I really need a JUMPSTART
Something to really BOOST THE EFFORT...
Go BOOTCAMP on the motivation to get some real results.
Spark my ATTITUDE.

That's where joining and really a CHALLENGE
is so valuable. I need to commit to 8 weeks of focused effort so that I can reach a milestone and truly feel significant progress.
And sometimes 8 weeks is enough time to form a new a habit.

Applying 8 weeks towards trying to lose 5% of your weight.
It requires personal commitment, accountability, and drive.
It's 8 weeks of being determined to make things happen...
8 weeks of really doing what you know you NEED to do, to get things done.
8 weeks to focus on Pushing Your Tush ...
8 weeks that can change the rest of your life.
