I'm going to try and keep a food diary. It'll be easier than getting on here and add it a little at a time. I got my 4 hours and 15 mins. of cardio yesterday cause of work. I barely ate before I went to work. I did kinda go crazy with my "dinner". I'm going grocery shopping later today. I plan to get some frozen veggies and more healthy snacks for me. I still have to get stuff my dad and brother will eat, but some of it I won't.
I plan to get tortillas so I can make wraps. I still plan to take Greek Yogurt to work for my snack.
Weigh in day will be Monday.
