Good morning friends! I have learned that the little splurges I do take at least a day to catch up to me. So weighing the day after is not going to see a weight gain. But I also notice that it only take a day or two to bring that total back down. I am feeling good about the couple lbs. I am losing. I am down to 211.8. Which is almost 9 lbs. I could right down the "before the muscles wake up" amount which is 210.6. I always step on my digital scale twice to make sure I have the right amount. I always stand in the same spot so I know it is not where I am standing. Weird. That is 15 lbs. total from where I started. Just think what could happen if I could actually exercise. I now have the "sinus cold" and my migraines and asthma is keeping me from doing anything. I am walking home from work a couple days a week so that is always good. It is supposed to warm up to low 40s to 50s so I am going to try to get out. As long as there is no cold air, my sinuses wont burn. Really tired of winter and being sick!
