this is a fun way to lose 5% of your body weight in 8 weeks' time.

each 'team' boards a virtual plane each week to a destination around the globe; your fitness minutes add up to fly the plane that many miles towards its destination.
further points are earned for 'living the good life', a different challenge each week to support weight loss (or maintenance), like drinking water, eating veggies or some other healthy technique. they have become habits for me and have really been supportive in my development from an amorphous couch potato to a ballet teacher.
