Today I commit to:
1. Staying off the computer while eating.
2. Repeating my mantras & practice breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.
3. Practicing visualizations [rainbow, force field, safe place], twice daily.
4. Really savoring any special birthday treat [should I choose to eat anything special].
5. Going to bed by 11.
6. Abstaining from using my heart rate monitor.

Made it to bed at 11:15 – not too bad – didn’t fall asleep till after midnight. Yawwwn.
