Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present. In addition, behavioral and psychological research has shown the surprising life improvements that can stem from the practice of gratitude. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress.

Thank you for all of the sweet and generous people who take the time to read my blogs and share them. It's not about popular blog posts cuz to some those are a dime a dozen and I'm not one of those people. I absolutely do appreciate every one that takes a bit or a lot ( cuz I'm verbose let's face it) of your precious emoticon to read, comment saying you enjoy them or occasionally tell me they are drivel and share them forward. It's nice to feel appreciated and know you were here!

    Life and everything in it is a miracle. Just waking up in the morning is an opportunity to show your gratitude. You and I have very similar views on how important thankfulnes is.
