Time to Invite my Friends

We are getting ready to launch the Winter 2013 5% Challenge. It's an 8 week program, and the challenge is to lose 5% of your body weight during that time. Exercise is part of the challenge, as the teams "race" to their destination by posting daily exercise minutes (one minute = one mile). We also earn "Living the Good Life" points for doing the specified healthy habit for the week.

This is a very ACTIVE and supportive team; you will be expected to post your exercise minutes every day (the RACE is won based on what time you post your exercise minutes, so posting is really important).

So to all my SparkFriends out there - if you are not already participating, we would love to have you join us. This is the link for the community team:

This large team will be divided up into smaller teams, and the teams compete against each other. And the grand prize is ... 5% weight loss!
