We are getting ready to launch the Winter 2013 5% Challenge. It's an 8 week program, and the challenge is to lose 5% of your body weight during that time. Exercise is part of the challenge, as the teams "race" to their destination by posting daily exercise minutes (one minute = one mile). We also earn "Living the Good Life" points for doing the specified healthy habit for the week.
This is a very ACTIVE and supportive team; you will be expected to post your exercise minutes every day (the RACE is won based on what time you post your exercise minutes, so posting is really important).
