Addicted to "getting better"...

If I have addiction issues - I might as well enjoy turning my "weakness" into a strength by learning to "addict" to things where the side effect is becoming fitter, stronger and healthier...

If I'm going to worry - I might as well worry about eating enough protein to keep me healthy - walking and worrying seems to work quite well for me...

Comfort eating from a pre-planned helpful menu I have created is also working well...

Thinking about all the things I'm grateful for - and all the people I'm grateful to have met or connected with - including all the lovely people on Spark...

Simple stuff that works...

    Yes, I am currently struggling with my addictions.... They definitely are linked in with stress and needing comfort. I am working on turning this ship around and steering back to more healthy, positive and life affirming choices. Thanks for your blog, I was poking around my friend list and came across yours. At least I know I'm not alone with my struggles. emoticon
