My trigger foods are definitely the sweets. I love love sweets. Especially, peanut butter brownies are my favorite. Also white chocolate macadamia nuts cookies.
And there are some non sweets trigger foods. Which is the breads. Oh~ yeah~ any type of bread will do me good. Especially, love Croissant and Sourdough bread just come out from the oven. And some of the multi grain bread. Don't forget Banana nut bread too. (*^^*) and last but not least... Pizza!! :)

*What are the sources of the Triggers Foods?
My sources of the triggers Foods is a grocery stores's bakery department.
Foods courts, Costco, Papa John pizza.

*Describe the most common situations where you reach for the trigger foods or snacks. When I am doing my glossary shopping at the grocery store.
after dinner when I get boredom watching TV. Or doing some PC, reading book, Kind like mindless eating... Also, when I get angry of something or depress about something...

*Do you see a pattern? What types of foods are you reaching for?
My pattern to leach a foods is...mostly at night at bed room right before go to sleep, I feels like want to eat something to just get feels good like getting food fix. And type of foods I am leaching is, normally I eat my honey nuts cereal with almond milk.

*How will you not do that again? Can you pick a replacement habit or behavior that will cause you to pause, and think do I really want to do this, and why?
I will try not to do mind less eating or binge eating ( I haven't done binge for a good while..) For check on my feelings often and ask myself, why I need to eat? Is this time of eating worth the gain of my weight? Drink my favorite green tea for replacement of foods to calm myself.

*Write out your strategy to avoid the Triggers.
When I go to my grocery shopping, try avoid pass or stop by the bakery department and food court. Avoid watching Pizza commercial on TV. Try not being stressful and feels stress about life general to cause me binge eating. And avoid being boredom for mind less eating at night. Check my feelings often to see, how am I doing for my emotional state. Keep myself happy and be nice to myself and develop self love. Last but not least...     Good job identifying and planning. It's so important!

Half the work I need to do regarding weight loss involves syncing up my head and heart so that I don't get in my own way.

I have a handle on the food tracking and drinking water, now I need to re-wire my brain as it were, so that I learn new ways to think and cope and continue on my journey.

I think your strategy is right. You're focusing on the feelings which are mainly responsible for our triggers. We all have our food preferences but I believe it's our emotional state that actually triggers the bingeing incidents. So, I think you're on the right track.
