10 reasons I should workout!
1. My grand babies need a healthy Mamaw who will be able to play with them and be around for a long, long time!
2. I don't want to have to go out and buy larger clothes!
3. It keeps my metabolism running faster.
4. I always fill so darn good afterward, even if I'm sore!
5. Going to the YMCA to work out is such a great experience! I have meet so many new great Christian friends there. We are always pushing, challenging, and supporting each other.
6. Losing weight alone is not good. You must work out to keep your lean body mass.
7. Working out keeps this ole' body from getting stiff!
8. Working out releases endorphins that make me HAPPY!
9. It helps me sleep better at night.
10. I feel guilty when I don't and darn proud of myself when I do!
11. Your body is the Temple of the Living Spirit!
