Chinese food ... for about a week now...I keep going back and forth on whether or not it would be worth it.....the place I would really like to get it at .. I have no way of tracking so I have decided that Panda Express would be the better option...the Orange Chicken Chow mein bowl is 910 calories ...is it worth it
I've been trying to rationalize how I can eat it without hurting my progress....and I was thinking about walking there to get it and then back home....I mapped it and it's not far enough...
it's only 2 miles away so by the time I walk back home 4 miles....that's only 400+ calories that I would be burning ....I'm not sure if I wrote this blog to talk myself out of it or what?
