my number one trigger - STRESS.
It causes me to eat more
It saps me of my energy for working out
I don't really have any that I can't deal with. I don't believe in all or nothing. Everything in moderation
However, if I don't eat enough freggies through the day, or drink enough water, I find myself wanting to eat everything in sight just before supper.
I NEED to plan ahead. Pack lots of freggies in my lunch to take to work every day. Drink enough water, and then some more.
And not accept any petty excuses to get out of exercising. Unless I'm in pain, or genuinely too sick to exercise, I've got to get out there. PERIOD
I can do this. I know I can.
