my feb goals for kisses challenge

my feb goals. i am posting this a little late, but never the less, these are my goals.

lose 5 lbs- that is a reasonable amount

do my c25k 3 days a week

do strenth traiining 2 times a week

blog at least 4 times a week

get active in chat on kisses blog
