Dusted off the scale, and got my exercise gear all out and ready to go.
What will I do for exercise?
I am working on getting to the gym for strength training, and keeping up with my running training as well. If I need to ease up on one to get used to the other, I will back off my running at first.
I will stick to what I've been eating for the past couple of months. I have food allergies, so I don't mess with my diet much. However, I've found if I don't track and pay attention, I don't drink enough water, and eat too many empty calories.
My 5% Challenge commitment:
I will get back into exercising at least 3 days a week - ideally 6.
I will track every thing I eat, and drink more water.
I will do my best to check in with my team daily
I will weigh in every Saturday, and record it.
