I made it 17 minutes again today I did just 2-3 minutes at a time again today because it helps keep the headaches at bay.

I am having another MIGRAINE FREE day emoticon emoticon

I am still working on all of my craft projects & reading all of my books.

    I am a little confused by your blog. you said that you did 17 minutes and then you said that you did 2-3 minutes. Do you just do a few minutes at a time?
I have migraines also and even though I had a slight headache this afternoon, I went ahead and did the 1 mile easy walk, but afterward my head started hurting more and I had to go lay down with an ice pack.
If only doing a few minutes at a time helps your migraines, I might try that also.

    Hey I'm curious about what the #'s mean. I undestand day 194, 195 and so on but the #'s after that have me stumped. Hope it's not a stupid question :)
