First, I've been exercising on a regular basis. However, I have not lost any more weight. My eating has not been particularly good. I'm still eating healthy, it's just my schedule has been so off lately. I've had to eat more at night than during the day.
Both my in-laws have been in the hospital. It's been 15 days of crazy running around. At least they were in the same hospital. Things are looking better. FIL is home, but MIL is still in. She is going to a nursing home for a couple of weeks for extensive physical therapy. Also, my hubby is having surgery at the end of this month. I have been very stressed out. I'm emotionally drained, still I'm moving forward.
Despite all that, I'm still working out. I have scheduled my indoor triathlon and will be competing on February 17th. I've been running and biking, but the swimming has not been going well. I haven't been in the pool in a month. I'm still going to do the tri. I can't let anything become an excuse.
I'm not really concentrating on weight loss anymore. I'm working toward fitness goals now. I am planning on running 10k races this season. I'm still going to do 5k races too, but I really want to concentrate on 10k's now. Also, I will be competing in a sprint triathlon in August. I am also going to run in the Warrior Dash. Also, I've signed up for a Color Run in May.
I've got to keep on keeping on.
