Just a life update

So, I wound up going fairly over my calorie range yesterday; today balanced out though. Feeling under the weather today. I had NO appetite, and my stomach was a little irpy. Still, I tried to make sure to eat well and healthy. I wound up pretty heavily under my limit, but given that was over my limit yesterday, it should be fine. I ate all good stuff, for the most part.

Going to get some rest, and get some drama. Yay. Maybe even some sleep.

    I have been hitting the top of my range most the time and still maintaining without exercise. So when I do have one of those days where I just didn't feel like eating up to my lower range, I don't. It will all balance out anyway.

Hopefully I will feel well enough to start back slowly into my exercise this week.

    Near as I can figure, that's how I must have eaten back before I tracked food. Because I couldn't have eaten 4,000 calories every day, and I know some days I just had peanut butter sandwiches and whatever, or ran around for hours without eating anything decent.
