Today I commit to:
1. Staying off the computer while eating.
2. Repeating my mantras & practice breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.
3. Practicing visualizations [rainbow, force field, safe place], twice daily.
4. Going to bed by 11.

Yesterday’s progress report:

1. Staying off the computer while eating.
emoticon Succeeded several times, then gave in during a binge.

2. Wearing my “Breathe” bracelet.
emoticon Didn’t want to wear at work or the gym. Planned on putting it on after I showered post-gym. I ate dinner right after returning home, which segued directly into a binge.

3. Repeating my mantras & practice breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.

5. Meditating.

Not really. I gave it a try before going to bed. My mind wandered a ton, though, and I was kind of just enjoying thinking, so I let go of trying to meditate after very little effort.
