I am so tired.
Tonight I had to run 3.25 miles, slowly increasing my "long" run mileage by 0.25 mile/week until I hit 4 miles by the end of the month. Four miles seems impossibly long. 3.25 wasn't too bad. I stopped at 1.5 miles for a drink of water, then I got into a groove after mile 2 and knew I would finish if I keep pressing on. I took the kids to the pool afterwards and after playing with them for a few minutes, jumping in the hot tub.
I was going to go to Bikram tomorrow, but I think I am going to take it off because I am feeling my knees.
And I forgot to wear my fitbit while running. This drives me crazy.
