I am still doing my fab ab February Calendar and my Kick Ass April Calendar and the exercises are getting challenging as the the days go by. There are rest days but not all at the same time. That's cool with me tho. Yesterday and today were nice enough to get outside and walk around the complex. I'm still not happy with the fact that the fitness center is still down but I am glad that I am able to get some exercising in. We are planning on moving here within the next couple of months so hopefully there is a fitness center where we are moving. I'm not completely sure where we are moving to but it'll be a change. I am hoping that a job and a daycare are in my near future. I love being a stay at home mom but without a car or even a job it gets boring being around the complex and the temptation to eat all day every day is higher. I have managed to stay under 1550 calories this week other than Sunday which was over 2700. I'll be going to bed earlier tonight than I did last night. Yesterday Elijah was up about 6 and by like 2 he was on the couch with his big horse, his new stuffed dog and his steelers blanket passed out. It was the cutest thing. He was on the couch with his animals and blanket rolling around and talking to them and giggling while I watched my show. I was glad in a way that he took a nap when he did because I got some of my room cleaned. There's a few spots I didn't work on but one of these days I will get to it. Plus I want to get my closet cleaned out. I'm hoping that my son starts sleeping til like 8 or 9 maybe even 10 in the mornings so I can get some cleaning in my room done. That's when I have the most energy to clean. I don't like it when my son takes naps because it takes an hour or two for him to fall asleep at bed time but it takes about half hour or less if he doesn't take a nap for him to fall asleep at bedtime. I'm thinking about starting to do some yoga or pilates a couple times a week. I have 2 yoga dvd's and one has pilates. If I wake up about 5:30 maybe I'll do it then while my mom is getting ready for work or on the weekends before my walk. I like getting up early on weekends and going outside about 7 and walking around the complex. This weekend if my son sleeps in I might walk around the complex twice and next weekend I could walk around 3 times. I want to get a bike. I don't know where I'll ride it around here but I had one before I moved but I left it in PA since I haven't used it since before I got pregnant. So it's been at least 5 years since I rode a bike. There was a few places in PA that had tracks at parks. Thinking back I should have used the tracks more but I am becoming more active now. I'm going to get off. Good night y'all.
