I was so excited to try a recipe for creamy coconut rice with cinnamon! It sounded amazing. But then I tried eating it for lunch earlier today, and
it was really gross.
Turns out I'm not a fan of sprouted rice. The taste of the creamy rice was good, but sprouted rice is kind of chewy and crunchy at the same time, it's bland (despite the cinnamon), and it kept getting stuck in my teeth. I found myself constantly taking sips of my water in between bites. For the first time ever, I had a raw meal that I just could not finish eating. I ended up buying some tomato soup that, unfortunately, was not raw, but it didn't get stuck in my teeth either.
