Started my Resistance Band training ughhh

The FIRST time is a little slow...trying to tie the bands to furniture, wrap them around my feet, and reading the instructions in between each exercise. But, it must have worked because I can feel those muscles get a little sore.
My weight has been the same for the past 3 days....I'll keep working.

    I used what I call a stretchy band yesterday to work my arms while I walked and my neck and shoulders are so sore all I want to do is neck rolls to try to loosen the muscles. I hope you don't wind up as sore as I am. emoticon
