Hit a mile-stone today- 90 minutes, 70 laps

Yesterday I exercised for 90 minutes at the community pool. It was exciting to see I could do that... doing 6 laps in the lazy river. This from a woman who could barely walk a week ago... even slow for two blocks or so.
But today, I did 70 laps in 65 minutes in the lazy river, then continued to jog in the water in place and do leg lifts gripping the stair rails to enter the pool. 90 minutes of continuous exercise... and I am elated!
