I've been trying to cut out/cut down sugar for a few days now. At lunch I wanted something sweet and instead of eating fruit or drinking tea I decided to rip open a tube of Thin Mints that were in the freezer. I had 4, that was a serving. 2 hours later I desperately wanted sugar b/c I was so tired, I went to the girl that has big bags of M&M's on her desk. They were nearly gone so I just took the bag...which was only about 2 handfulls, but I was eating them out of a M&M's. But I swear I will not blame the Girl Scouts!
