I am doing pretty good here friends. I am trying not to let things at work get me down to the point that I eat. Today I definitely prevailed and I feel very happy about that.
1) Stay within or under my calorie ranges.
2) Work out 10 minutes
Day 1 (Feb 1st):
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but yes with the fitness.
Day 3 (Feb 3rd):
Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.
Day 5 (Feb 5th):
Day 6 (Feb 6th):
I am happy to report that I stopped myself from binging on popcorn. I could have but I didn't and I am excited about that!!!
