Days 5 & 6 of 140 Day Challenge

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

I am doing pretty good here friends. I am trying not to let things at work get me down to the point that I eat. Today I definitely prevailed and I feel very happy about that.

Challenge goals:
1) Stay within or under my calorie ranges.
2) Work out 10 minutes

Day 1 (Feb 1st): emoticon
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but yes with the fitness.
Day 3 (Feb 3rd): emoticon
Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.
Day 5 (Feb 5th): emoticon
Day 6 (Feb 6th): emoticon

I am happy to report that I stopped myself from binging on popcorn. I could have but I didn't and I am excited about that!!!

Thanks for visiting my page, it reminded me to visit your blogs! I'm so glad you're doing well and not letting your coworker make you stressed enough to eat. You are making huge strides! Also AMAZING for stopping a binge, that is seriously so hard but I'm learning everyday that it IS possible. Great job and keep it up.

I am so glad I have you because you are honestly the one reliable person for my nutrition/exercise to keep me accountable. Other people will for a while and then either give up or stop cheering me on and I need that motivation. So just a quick thanks, you are so important to making me happy and successful. I love our little team we have. Hugs!! emoticon emoticon
