Back to exercises

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

I was still hurting Tuesday but took the chance and done a low impact 10 minute exercise to see what would happen. Leg was still hurting but pushed through and was able to make it. Got up this morning and not hurting as bad. Maybe I just needed to work the soarness out.

Tonight I done Level 1 of the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. Was tough but I made it through soaked to the bone with sweat. Feeling good and have more energy. So happy to be back to my exercises.

Hubby seems to be a little more supportive at times but still wish he would be happy for me. I sucks to feel alone in my journey so I am so thankful for Samantha being here for me. She has been such a huge help and I am so thankful to have her on my side and cheering me on.

Just keep hitting that play button, dig in, dig deep, and never give up!!!!!!

    You keep right on going!

I wonder if your husband is operating from a place of fear because you're working on self-improvement and he's worried about the changes that are taking place? Like will they affect him or how will they affect him?

It sounds weird. right?

Sometimes I get weird vibes from my best friend. I know she's happy that I'm becoming healthier day by day but it's almost like she's worried that if I get too healthy I'll replace her with another best friend. (But she's my best friend for a reason! I'm not looking to replace her!) She's also working hard on her own health goals but she's not having the same kind of success I am because she's solely focused on working out all the time and less inclined to worry about food tracking.

Congrats on getting back to it! I know how hard it is to do it alone, my boyfriend will go to the gym with me sometimes, but he is not a fan. You should be all the more proud of yourself for sticking with it! Never feel alone though, you have all of us here at SparkPeople for moral support! Have a great rest of your week!
