I was still hurting Tuesday but took the chance and done a low impact 10 minute exercise to see what would happen. Leg was still hurting but pushed through and was able to make it. Got up this morning and not hurting as bad. Maybe I just needed to work the soarness out.
Tonight I done Level 1 of the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. Was tough but I made it through soaked to the bone with sweat. Feeling good and have more energy. So happy to be back to my exercises.
Hubby seems to be a little more supportive at times but still wish he would be happy for me. I sucks to feel alone in my journey so I am so thankful for Samantha being here for me. She has been such a huge help and I am so thankful to have her on my side and cheering me on.
Just keep hitting that play button, dig in, dig deep, and never give up!!!!!!
