So for the past few days I have been waking up at 5:30 am to train with my friend for the( river run...9.6 MILES).... daunting if your me.... I'm walking 3 miles daily... I'm still working up to running at least some of it (starting with running 3 miles to clarify) ... but I'm making progress toward a goal... Today ... not only did I get up at 530 am in the RAIN to train... but when I came home I did another 3 miles with my other friend...(not gonna happen every day.. but today it did... today = 6 miles) I'm not bragging... this is not boastful at all... it just takes alot of dedication... soooo ... throught spark people I have found..this is NOT a diet or fad I'm going through...it is not a magic pill to make you thin... this is a change of lifestyle change to become more active and healthy... I don't care how much weight I lose or what size or even how long it takes me to get there.... as long as I'm happy and healthy and am able to have a wonderful long life with my best friend and husband ... Just thoughts for the day ...these are mine...
