The wind was bighting cold as I walked from the bus stop home. The side walks were slick enough to be more of a hazard then help in walking so I decided to do a walk at home tape. I figured I would get a lot more cardio in then walking outside, and watching where I was going. It does make you feel good though to get that cardio in. Yestarday I got all my goals done, and stayed below the 2000 calorie mark. I got in a nice long walk outside as well. The sidewalks were clear enough.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 mintues of housework
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
10 mintues of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
