Great assignments to get down to the nitty gritty of the whys I want / wanted to lose this weight !
What did I want to change? First and foremost it was how much pain I was feeling from all the extra weight I was carrying. The weight was putting a lot of pressure on my internal organs when I would lye down to sleep and I was not able to get a good night sleep. I could barely comb my hair any longer due to the pain on my joints from the weight. ( I suffer from RA )
Reasons for why at this date I'm tired of having to wear pants with ELASTIC WAIST BANDS Hate them very much Hate the muffin top that jeans can cause you to have .
What I want to change on this part of the journey is lose 2 inches from my waist and stay at low end of my weight range that I chose for myself (137 to 146.2 3% range)
How do I want to look? SEXY
How do I want to feel? HEALTHY! CONFIDENT INDEPENDENT
What things will I be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Mobility - stay out of a wheel chair.
What else do I want to change? Body Fat % and cardio conditioning
