All raw food today. Clementines and blackberries for breakfast and a massive green salad for lunch. I'll probably finish off the blackberries and have a couple of clementines for dinner. Took my multivitamin and drank my water. All in all a good day. Needs more protein but I will pick up some nuts at the store for that. Maybe Tomorrow will be a chicken day. Chicken breast something, bbq? Chinese? Maybe I'll even get on the scale tomorrow and see if I've broken into the hundreds. Its gotta give over sometime.
