So the last couple of days i have had a minor set back. Unfourtnatly because of super bowl sunday i was unable to work out, we had so much going on. I was going to go monday but then it happend. I got sick with a spot of the flu. I was layed up for 2 whole days in bed. So i have not been the gym in 3 days today will be 4 days. SInce i am still on the mend, i didnt want to over due it today even tho i am feeling much better then i have felt in the last 2 days. The weather dosnt seem to help either. One day it will snow the next be sunny and so on and so fourth. Once this weekend is over, I will be back to the gym on monday. Its a minor set back, and i said i wouldnt let it stand in my way and i wont. I just want to get better before monday so i can hit the gym hard. I still have not had Any pop at all, which is great. Im not really even craving the stuff either.
Winter is almost over and even tho i like winter most of the time. i am ready for it to end so i can spend most of my spring and summer days outside on the patio. Looking forward to it.
Well i will be back in the gym on monday, i will let you know how that goes when the time comes around.
