Bad Week

So this week has sucked because I have a cold. My throat is all scratchy ,my nose has been running, my head hurts, and I'm starting to get a fever. On top of that I have slacked off on my diet not in a major way but in a way I don't like. When this cold passes I plan on getting back to business. I haven't even stepped on a scale because I'm afraid I gained the few pounds back that I lost emoticon . Hopefully I'll feel better next week and will be able to go to the gym. Not going this week has made me feel lazy which I guess is a good thing because that means I was getting use to. EYES ON THE PRIZE emoticon

    emoticon Living healthy means taking care of yourself when you need to! It's the down time needed to rest your body & spirit. This is the cold/flu season, so take it easy, cuddle up & pamper yourself back to health. When u recover you'll be ready to run a marathon! emoticon

    Feeling bad is the pits. It does make it hard to eat on your weight loss plan but it will pass soon and you will be back at the gym in no time. You have the right attitude. Feel better soon.
