can i really enjoy exercise???????

Well its the second day in a row I did 45 minutes on the treadmill 2.5 miles,,,,5 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes on the bike!!!!! This coming from the girl who needs CPR walking up the stairs!!!!! I have never felt better and might I admit.........I kinda love it!!!! Each day gets easier and I have declared Sunday my weigh in day!!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!
