Healthy ETL Caesar Salad Dressing!!!

First of all, I just today realized that no one could comment on my blog! So I changed the settings, I would love comments!

I made this Cesar salad dressing I found on the ETL member's site. It is super easy and delicious!

Healthy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
2/3 unsweetened soy, almond or hemp milk
1/3 cup raw cashew butter or 2/3 cup raw cashews
1 1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
dash black pepper

Preparations:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break the garlic cloves apart, leaving the skins on. Roast for 25 minutes or until soft.

When cool, remove skins and blend with remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy and smooth.
