Getting back on track.

The past couple of days I have been out of control. I want to put everything I see into my mouth. Every so often I go through this. Yesterday was the worst. I ate 2 donuts, chips, some candy plus my fruits, veggies, protein and other carbs. Today I have been back on track. I still did my exercise, thank God for that, but I couldn't stay focussed on what I was eating.About every 6 months I go through this. Hopefully it is out of my system again.
