I did 41 minutes of zumba this morning before work, and after I got home, and found out hubby had hurt his back, I took the dogs out on my own for back to back walks, and turned out it was exactly 41 minutes total for that too!
I hurt my thumb (when I went for the after-walk-treats for the dogs-somehow smacked it into the closet door and in a weird position) and worried that it was sprained, but I think it's doing pretty well. Might ice it. We'll see.
These walks through the snow, with the dogs, are a challenge, but it feels good to have accomplished them. I'm thankful for their motivation. :)

    Sorry to hear your hubby hurt his back and you hurt your thumb...hope you both feel better soon.

It is so important to strengthen the core muscles to help prevent back issues....

Funny that both the zumba workout and the exercise with the dogs were the same amount of time. Maybe that is your magical number. hehehe
