The Best Laid Plans

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

I loved being a sparker and I really had some amazing success. I have fallen off the wagon the last 6 months and I am now making a commitment to get back in shape and lose those extra pounds that have been sneaking up on me. I need to start doing those things that brought me such amazing success. I am going to get back on my exercise regimine and I am also going to start tracking my food again. It really does help me to be more concious of the things I'm putting in my mouth. I am excited at the prospect of feeling my best and doing what's best for me and my health. I hope I'll have some friends still on here who are willing to give me some encouragement. Staying healthy and feeling your best is a lifelong endeavor. Looking forward to getting back on that wagon!
