I've been a member for a few month now, but this week is when I realized that I need to make a change and it needs to happen now. I don't do well with a flexible schedule. I need structure and consistency, otherwise I will try and put off what should be done today until another day, and that almost always results in that thing never getting done. This is most true when it comes to my health and fitness.
So, having made this realization I have decided that I need to be consistent. For me that means going to the gym 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. If I try and take a day off then it won't get done. I can't slack off anymore.
I can't say maybe this will work, it has to work.
