RUN. Oh gosh. Running. I walked with my daughter to the park again today. My legs are already sore from yesterday, and I had already done my morning workout. We got there, she played in the park area for a while, then decided she wanted to play in the "desert" (aka the football field that has no grass). Then once we were on the field, she decided she wanted to race.. so she had me sprinting back... and forth... and back.. and forth... and then doing tires.... and then back.. and forth... I tried to take a break and she was like "Can we race more? Please?" So... I ran more... and more... and she kept pushing me to run more. I was like oh my frick, this kid is my personal trainer! And all I could think of while I was running was Doctor Who. They run all the time, how the eff do they do it! Practice I guess, which apparently I'm getting lots of now. And by the way, why does no one tell you that running works your abs? I haven't done any ab workouts, but after yesterday and today, they are stiff! And I'm certain my legs are going to detach themselves. Goodness! With all this exercise, I better be dropping weight like there's no tomorrow, lol!! Except.. there is a tomorrow. And I'm sure it will involve an obscene amount of running. I'm okay with it though, I've always wanted to be a runner.
